Returns & Exchange.

1. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

3. Return or exchange of item is subject to availability.

4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

1. Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank/card policies.

3. No refund for successful order if the items have no defect.

4. Strictly no refund if you change your mind to not to buy after successful payment.

5. Successful order used payment method atome cannot cancel or refund.

If customer did not collect the order for more than 30 days, your items will be dismissed and no refund will be given.

Return Shipping

1. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

3. Shipping fee will be charge RM10 SM / RM25 SS for exchange items.

4. Shipping fee will be borne by us if we send you the wrong items.
